How we quote
Send your list through the contact form with a photo of each item. We reply with any questions, then confirm the scope and the price with you in writing. Nothing starts until you have agreed to it.
What affects the price
- How many items are on the list. One visit that covers several jobs costs less than separate trips.
- Whether you supply the fixtures and materials or we pick them up.
- Access and height, such as a ceiling fan on a two-story landing.
- Repairs that turn out to be bigger once the wall or the post is opened up. We stop and check with you first.
